破解施工痛点!昂慕科科技发布液压附件维护指南,助力设备高效运行维护

“断锤无力、抓木器松动、突破点锯切割卡……这些看似常见的故障,其实大多是因为使用操作不当或缺乏维护”近日,针对项目现场液压附件的高频故障,勤嘉科技结合其服务区工程企业的实践经验,正式发布《液压附件使用与维护实用操作指南》(以下简称《指南》),系统梳理了断锤、抓木器、突破点锯三大核心产品的使用规范、维护要点及常见问题解决方案,为一线施工人员提供专业参考。

三附件核心痛点分析,直击施工高频问题

据勤佳科技技术服务队统计,近一年服务的区域工程企业中,超过60%的液压附件故障与使用和维护有关。《指南》重点对三种附件的典型问题进行了拆解和解释。

破碎机作为采矿和拆除作业的“主要设备”,最容易出现冲击力衰减和钻杆卡住等问题。《指南》明确指出,“空打”和“部分打”是施工时的核心诱因——空打会导致活塞与缸体发生硬碰撞,使用寿命缩短30%以上;部分打容易导致钻杆弯曲断裂。此外,液压油污染也是常见的隐患。当油中杂质含量超标时,会堵塞液压阀组,造成打击频率不稳定。

除破碎锤外,抓木机在抓料作业过程中,由于与物料接触复杂,经常出现操作和维护问题。技术人员发现,许多操作人员为了追求效率,强行抓取超过额定载荷的物料,导致爪齿变形,液压缸泄漏;在抓取锋利的石头或钢铁后,未能及时清理爪齿之间的残余碎屑,长期下来会造成爪齿磨损不均匀,影响抓取稳定性。

对于突破点锯来说,锯片切割不良和快速磨损是建筑工人报告最多的问题。《指南》特别强调锯片的选择和材料匹配是关键——切割钢铁时使用高速钢锯片,切割木材或混凝土时使用特殊合金锯片。不匹配使用将缩短锯片寿命50%;同时,切割过程中未能保持均匀的速度将导致锯片过热和退火,导致“未切割”的情况。

定制保养方案,实操简单,落地方便

“对于初创企业和中小型工程团队来说,复杂的维护过程很难实施,所以我们的指南侧重于‘简单、有效、成本可控’。”据勤嘉科技技术负责人介绍,《指南》针对三大配件制定了差异化的“日常+定期”维护计划。所有操作都不需要专业设备,一线人员可以进行简单的培训。

断路器保养的核心在于液压系统和润滑:日常运行前检查液压油位和油温,低于标准线时及时补充同型号液压油,油温超过60C时停机冷却;每周在钻杆与衬套的连接处添加润滑脂,避免干摩擦磨损。在定期保养方面,建议每工作500小时检查一次密封件,发现漏油及时更换,每1000小时更换一次液压过滤器,防止杂质循环。

抓木机的保养重点是爪齿和液压元件:每次操作后,用高压水枪清理爪齿之间的泥土和砾石,及时纠正变形的爪齿;日常操作前检查液压管路接头,如有漏油,拧紧密封圈;每月润滑爪齿销,防止生锈卡住。对于经常抓取腐蚀性材料的场景,《指南》特别建议增加防锈处理的频率,以延长使用寿命。

突破点锯的维护围绕着锯片和动力系统:每次使用后,锯片需要拆卸,锯齿之间的残留物需要清洗,锯片表面需要用防锈油擦拭;每天检查锯片的松紧程度,太松容易导致切割偏斜,太紧会增加电机负载;每300小时检查一次传动带,如有裂缝或松弛及时更换,以免断裂。

为了让《指南》更实用,勤佳科技还在其中收录了三个典型的故障排除案例,比如某矿山施工队的断路器“弱爆”,技术人员发现并不是部件损坏,而是液压油滤芯更换长期失败,导致油压不足,更换滤芯并清洗阀组后,设备立即恢复正常,相比更换零件节省了近万元。
